What Timeshare Buyers can expect with

half or less of what buyers could obtain at timeshare sales offices. Timeshares listed will include the same features (as trading rights) as those sold by timeshare offices, and any differences will be clearly noted.4. Gustavo is able to offer such low prices because he negotiates with individuals who are reselling their timeshares and are willing to accept a realistic, competitive price.
5. All payments for timeshares will be handled by an independent, respected Notary Public in Puerto Vallarta, who will oversee the legal transfer of title on timeshare purchases. At closing, buyers can expect to pay a reasonable fee for the Notary's services and advice.
6. Buyers will get to know in Gustavo a friendly Puerto Vallarta local who will be happy to help with their future timeshare and real estate needs.
